  1. Of course, Stephanie! Honesty is tough, but it’s worth it. I considered taking a new set of pictures for this post…but then I asked myself, is there really anything wrong with these pictures, or is it just my pride? I decided it was the latter, and I promised myself for this blog that I wouldn’t allow my own self-consciousness stop me from posting things.

Thank you for sharing as well! I think you are beautiful with and without makeup! 🙂

Thanks also for saying the pictures look fine 🙂 I suppose, in the end, that’s sort of the point. We are our own worst critics, as the saying goes.

Thank you so much for the comment!

    🙂 🙂 🙂

  2. Erin,
Thanks for being honest. It is refreshing to see someone who is putting their true self out there–I’m not sure I could be as brave! I can be vulnerable with what I share in writing but with pictures is another matter. We all have things about ourselves we don’t like. As you know, those negative feelings aren’t of God. I have struggled with acne since I was a teenager and thank goodness for makeup. Going out in public without a trace of it makes me feel “less than.” Thanks again, we’re all on this journey together! And by the way, your pictures really look fine!!
